Every day is a juice day at our house (well, ever since the husband brought home the juicer!), but I decided to share one 'recipe' for a natural fruite or vegetable juice each Sunday. I don't think it will be hard to follow, because there are countless possible combinations.
For the gingerberry featured today, you will need:
- apples
- ginger
- lemon
- strawberries
We usually make enough for two, around 0,5 l of juice. They say that to preserve all the vitamins and the other good stuff you should drink the juice right away. Of course, it's still good for you even if you drink it later, just keep it in the fridge.
